Eido Release v26.6

Workbooks, Automations, a United Kingdom region, Windows update rings and Apple update applicability in patch compliance, new Query Hub views and faster, friendlier exports.

Released: 20 June to 6 July 2026 (version 2.4)

Two new ways to work with your data, a new region, and patch compliance that knows more about each device.

Workbooks#

A workbook is a document built from your Query Hub data: charts, tables and tiles with your own headings and commentary between them. Use one for a monthly service review or an audit pack, and share it like a report.

See Workbooks.

Automations#

An automation watches a Query Hub query and acts when a device or a user starts to match it, or when a count crosses a threshold. It can send an email, post to Teams or Slack, call a webhook or raise a ServiceNow incident, and it is checked at the end of every sync.

See Automations.

A United Kingdom region#

Eido now runs in a third region, the United Kingdom (uk.eido.io), alongside Europe and the United States. Each region is a separate service that holds its own organisations’ data.

See Regions and signing in.

Patch compliance#

  • Windows update rings. Eido reads your update rings and their deferral periods. For a device in a ring, the overdue clock starts at the release date of the update plus the deferral you gave the ring.
  • Apple updates by model. A Mac, iPhone or iPad is only measured against the updates that its model can install.
  • Tenant Minimum iOS Version. An optional floor for iOS and iPadOS: a device below it is unhealthy however recent its last update.

See Patch compliance and Tenant settings.

New Query Hub views#

  • Deleted Devices: devices that have left Intune, with what Eido knew about them. See Deleted Devices.
  • Windows Drivers: driver update profiles and the drivers waiting for, or given, approval, including the ones Intune recommends. See Windows Drivers.
  • Apple Enrollment Certificates: the Apple push certificate and the enrolment and VPP tokens, with their expiry dates. See Apple Enrollment Certificates.

Query Hub and exports#

  • Slice colours pin a colour to a value in a bar or pie chart, so that “Healthy” is the same green every time.
  • Device Entra Group and Primary User Entra Group filter a view by group membership without the group being a column.
  • Exports are faster and easier to read. A CSV export has the same column headings as the screen, dates in your own time zone, and keeps your grouping and column order. A large export shows its progress.
  • Column, filter and grouping labels are the same everywhere.
  • Dates and times across Eido are shown in your local time.

See Filters, grouping and charts and Saving and exporting reports.

Dashboards#

  • A dashboard that somebody has shared with you can be hidden from your own list. See Dashboard folders.

Devices and apps#

  • Global search finds a device by sign-in name, email address, serial number or IMEI. See Global search.
  • Lenovo devices show their model’s everyday name. Where the Lenovo integration is switched on, Eido also reads each device’s factory specification from Lenovo.
  • New device columns: processor architecture, Ethernet MAC address, ICCID and SKU family.
  • Discovered apps show the versions found of each application.
  • Devices managed only by Microsoft Defender for Endpoint are no longer brought into Eido.

App Metering#

  • A drill-down shows every group, not only the first 20, and its date range matches the one you picked.
  • Usage by a person running an application with elevated rights is attributed to that person.

See App Metering.

Policy management#

  • Improvements to backing up, comparing and restoring policies.

See Policy backups and templates.

Which region is your Eido account in?

Each region has its own sign-in, so this page opens in the region you choose.

Not sure? The Login to Eido button in your welcome email opens the right one. See finding your region.

Does your organisation have its own Eido address, such as yourcompany.eido.io? Use the help there instead, at yourcompany.eido.io/help.
