2025 releases

The year Eido was rebuilt on a new platform, month by month, with dark mode, device scoping, shared dashboards, an Autopilot report and tables you can make your own.

2025 was the year Eido was rebuilt. Everything from 2024 moved to a new platform, made to be faster and to keep up with much larger estates, and then it kept growing, often with several releases in a month.

This page gathers the year by month. From 2026, each release has its own page.

November 2025#

  • Make a table your own. Choose which columns a table shows and the order they are in, and Eido remembers it.
  • An Export button on the tabs of a device.
  • The tabs of an Intune tenant are split into pages, so a large tenant opens quickly.
  • Fixes to App Metering licence counts, to the customer filter and to the Unknown filter on OS patch status.

October 2025#

  • OS support. Eido reports whether each device’s operating system is still supported.
  • Lists open sorted by severity, with the most serious first.
  • Fixes to iOS patch status, to App Metering licence usage and to the discovered apps panel.
  • Faster syncs and screens on large tenants.

September 2025#

  • App Metering, rebuilt. See which applications are really used, by whom and for how long, with no extra agent to deploy. See App Metering.
  • Shared dashboards. Share a dashboard with your colleagues. See Dashboards.
  • Autopilot report. How each Windows Autopilot deployment went, and how long it took.
  • Co-managed report. Which devices are co-managed with Configuration Manager.
  • A Users tab on a device.
  • Policies are listed in alphabetical order.

August 2025#

  • Time in compliance state. How long a device has been in its present compliance state.
  • The last user of a device is shown alongside its primary user.
  • Fixes to Dell warranty dates.

July 2025#

  • Device scoping. Limit a tenant to chosen platforms and device types, so that only the devices you care about are brought into Eido. See Tenant settings.
  • Devices with no department are grouped as Unknown and can be filtered.
  • Issues are closed when the device they belong to is deleted.
  • Faster syncs, and less memory used while reading large Intune reports.

June 2025#

  • New charts, with a consistent set of colours across dashboards and reports.
  • A notice of how many days are left in a trial.
  • Changes to a tenant’s thresholds take effect straight away.

May 2025#

  • Dark mode. See Your settings.
  • Filtering and paging on every list.
  • Better formatting of alerts sent to Microsoft Teams, and support for the fields ServiceNow requires on an incident.

March and April 2025#

The first releases on the new platform. Everything you relied on came across, on foundations built for much larger estates.

  • Sign in with Microsoft, and only Microsoft. Passwords are gone: everybody signs in with their Microsoft work account.
  • Dashboards, devices, apps, certificates and issues, all on the new platform.
  • Alerts by email, webhook, Slack, Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow. See Alerts.
  • Trends and the built-in reports, including OS patch status.
  • The primary user and disk usage of each device.
  • Compliance counts a device that Intune has not evaluated.
  • Saving a change to a tenant’s settings starts a sync.
  • Issues are closed when the policy or assignment behind them is removed.

Which region is your Eido account in?

Each region has its own sign-in, so this page opens in the region you choose.

Not sure? The Login to Eido button in your welcome email opens the right one. See finding your region.

Does your organisation have its own Eido address, such as yourcompany.eido.io? Use the help there instead, at yourcompany.eido.io/help.
